Mayor and City Council of Berkeley;
My name is Steve Sanson and I am the President of Veterans In Politics International. Our membership is made up of all five branches of the United States Military Veterans from all wars as far back in W.W.II and the current war (see www.VeteransInPolitics.com)
We are a military watch dog group and we endorse candidates for elected seats no other veteran organization can do this, because they are all chartered by congress.
We are up in arms to know that our Marines that fight for our country and gave all of us the right to pursue a democratic life are be evicted by your city.
Our Marines are proud, some times they do not like what our government do, but they do it because they have love for country.
It is ridiculous that your city do not welcome them and threat them like they are terrorist. Who protects you? Just because there is not a bomb outside your doorstep that does not mean that we are not being protected by our Marines.
But, yet you welcome the antiwar protesters that do not have a clue about war, team work, loyalty, and to die for your country.
We support any federal mandate that will be taken against your city and we hope that your city loses all federal dollars for your highways and roads.
I hope that your city do not have a natural disaster, because our National Guards would not want to help your city out.
Our military are a banded by brother hood, but we do not think you have a clue of what that means.
