America land of the free home of the brave. Democracy is the best way to go, let the people decide who shall represent them.
Although there is Senate Bill SJR2 that wants to take that right away from us and have Nevada Supreme and District Court Judges be appointed by the Governor. In 2002 the State Legislature was presented with a bill to have the Clark County Public Administrators Seat and the Clark County Reorders Seat an appointed position by the Clark County Manager.

There is a growing epidemic this country is now facing. I am talking about Homeless Veterans. Veterans are the people whom have fought for our country and our way of life since the Revolutionary War over 231 years ago.

The movement to establish Small Claims Court typically began in the early 1960s when Justice of the Peace courts were increasingly being seen as obsolete. At this time there became a need to have such a court specifically for Small Claims which would allow people to represent themselves without legal counsel. In New York State the establishment of Small Claims Court was in response to the findings of Governor Thomas E. Dewey's.
